DHS Return Policy

Any system that has custom artwork cannot be returned.

If an item is damaged or is incorrectly shipped by DHS, please contact our support team (support@doghousesystems.com) immediately.

DESKTOPS

Desktops can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided DogHouse Systems is contacted before the return. The customer will need to cover the return shipping. Upon receipt of the returned computer, DogHouse Systems will evaluate it for damage and then refund the purchase, deducting any costs of repairs, our shipping cost to you, and $50 for the replacement of our shipping container.

LAPTOPS

Laptops can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided DogHouse Systems is contacted in advance of the return. The customer will need to cover the return shipping. Upon receipt of the returned computer, DogHouse Systems will evaluate it for damage and then refund the purchase, deducting any costs of repairs, our shipping cost to you, and a 15% restocking fee.
