How do I check my warranty?
Evey DogHouse Systems computers come with a serial number. If you have a desktop, this number is on the back of the system, or it's on the bottom of your laptop.
The serial number starts with DH and is followed by four numbers (e.g., DH0425). These will tell you the month and year your system was built. The number following the dash (DHXXXXXXX-3) tells you how long your warranty is good for. If you have a system built in April 2025 and have purchased a three-year warranty, you are covered until April 2028.
